Purposes of processing

- To process applications for transport passes and to verify that the requirements are met.
- To manage the applications received in staff recruitment procedures.
- To analyse the use of the website in aggregate form in order to improve it, where consent has been given for this purpose.
The necessary technical and organisational measures are adopted to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data.
Legal basis

- Transport passes: for as long as the status of beneficiary is maintained and for the subsequent statutory periods.

Data are not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. They may be communicated to the Excmo. Cabildo Insular de La Gomera and to other public authorities where the handling of the matter so requires.
